Our practice was designed with the comfort and health of your child in mind. Dr. Fawaz Shihadeh is a trained pediatric dentist who specializes in all aspects of childhood dental treatment, from infancy through teenage years. He encourages your questions and will always do his best to address your concerns.

Meet Dr. Fawaz Shihadeh, DDS!

Dr. Fawaz was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in neuroscience. He then attended NYU’s College of Dentistry, where he received a DDS and a certificate in Special Patient Care. He completed both his General Practice Residency and his Pediatric Dental Residency program at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City.

Dr. Fawaz currently resides in Brooklyn. He enjoys building relationships with patients and their families and is excited to welcome you to Banana Smiles. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Fawaz enjoys traveling, reading, and volunteering with the New York Animal Care Center.
